Before signing up, you must read, understand, and agree with all the below:

1) Pay structure is as follows:

0-29 signups per period = 30$ per signup
30 signups per period, which is 2 signups per day = 33$ per signup
50 signups per period, or 3.1 signups per day= 35$ per signup
75 signups per period, or 4.6 signups per day= 37$ per signup

2) Any violations of the agreement attached below will result in forfeiture of funds earned up to that point and a stop payment put on any past checks written out which have not yet been cashed. We do not have to accept you into our program, any suspicious ways of sending traffic, notification from our hosts or processors about your account with suspicious activity and you will be canceled. Sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of our company will result in the IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, beastialty, or spam e-mails. If you commit a crime by using stolen credit cards to create signups or fraudulent signups you will be reported to the authorities. Click Here to see a list of people that have been canceled for credit card fraud. If you are a legit webmaster don't steal from other people you wont have a problem.

We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites or follow these busines practices, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!

3) You cannot change or alter the linking codes, linking directly to the join page is not permitted at this time. All visitors coming to our website(s) through your linking syntax (regardless of which program you are in) should come from a website or a page with a full internet address. Any posting of your link syntax to newsgroups, spamming, through an AOL account in any way, or any matter of delivering this url to someone who has not DIRECTLY requested it WILL RESULT in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION!!! If you are spamming the url of a page with any of the above methods that has banners on it, and ours link is one of them you will also be terminated... Regardless of how much traffic and or sales you are sending. Once again, this is a serious issue, and not one we take lightly!!

4) You must be 18, or whatever age is required in your local community to view adult material, in order to participate in our program! If we discover you are under 18 years of age your account will be TERMINATED with extreme prejudice.

5) If you are a resident of the United States, we cannot and will not send you any checks until we have recieved your Social Security or EIN #. Anyone outside of the U.S.A. will not need to give us any tax information, you are expected to claim the income in your country in most cases though.
